Cyclocross Clinic, October 16, 2022 Canceled due to low signup numbers. 9:30AM Beginner clinic Beginner clinic topics I. Bike fit and setup, position, water bottles, gearing etc II. Cornering basics III. Dismounting and remounting, hurdles, carrying styles IV. Starting V. Sitting on the bike VI. Questions and (hopefully) answers 12:00PM Intermediate clinic Intermediate clinic topics I. Bike fit and setup, position, water bottles, gearing etc (maybe a little duplicate info for riders who are only doing the intermediate clinic) II. More advanced cornering III. More advanced dismounting and remounting techniques, hurdles IV. Bunnyhopping techniques V. Bike change practice VI Questions and (hopefully) answers You can do just one clinic or both. What to bring: Your bike (a MTB is fine if you don't have a CX bike), helmet, bike shoes, water, lunch, and a spare bike if you have one for the intermediate clinic. There will be a minimum of 10 riders overall.If we have less than this by 10AM 7/15/22 we will cancel. |
Entry: No entry fee. Suggested donation of $20. Cash preferred, but you can pay online or I have a card reader. Juniors free.
